Ten Years of DML: The Story Behind the Family

DML Cleaning Service started the way a lot of good things do: small, local, and built on a simple promise. More than a decade later, that promise hasn't changed, even as the company has grown into a commercial cleaning team Palm Beach County businesses count on. This is a little of how we got here.

Founded on a simple idea

When we started in 2013, the belief was straightforward: a clean space is the foundation of a healthier, more productive business, and a cleaning company should be something you can genuinely rely on, not chase down. We began with a handful of local clients and a standard we refused to compromise on.

Earning trust, one space at a time

We never grew through flashy marketing. We grew because clients stayed, and because they told other businesses about us. A country club that trusted us with their clubhouse mentioned us to a colleague. An office manager who never had to make a follow-up call passed our name along. That word-of-mouth is the only growth that lasts, and it's the kind we're proudest of.

Where we are headed

Ten years in, we're still family-owned, still licensed and insured, and still showing up with the same standard we started with. We've added services, refined our methods, and embraced greener products, but the core hasn't moved. As South Florida grows, so do we, one trusted facility at a time.
